Our team is proud to be a part of the Quail Hill community with nearly 120 neighborhood kids from Quail Hill. There are many benefits of the Quail Hill Swim Team (QHST) to the community of Quail Hill, including bringing Quail Hill families together, teaching our kids a valuable lifetime skill, improving our kids' health and self-esteem, and providing fun competition against other Irvine community teams.
In 2007, the QHST was formed by a group of parents in Quail Hill. In 2008 the team was ready for its first practices and competitions.

There are many volunteer opportunities for parents and families to get involved in the organizational and leadership aspects of the Quail Hill Swim Team – and we welcome participation.
More important than most other organized sports, the success of our swim team and our swim meets does rely on the volunteer participation of the parents – and so it is a requirement for being a part of our team. Also, as a non-profit organization, we plan several fundraisers for the team and neighborhood to cover costs for equipment and others items in order to keep our particiaption fee low and affordable.
